Have you imagined your straps differently? Chosen the wrong one? Or are there other reasons which made you dissatisfied with your delivery?
You have the right within 10 days after receipt of the delivery to exchange the ordered straps or to return them and ask for a reimbursement of the costs.
Please be aware, that the straps have to be in good order and condition. The straps need to be in the original packaging and undamaged.
Write us why you were unhappy with the straps and if you want a replacement or a reimbursement. We will handle your return accordingly as soon as we receive it. You bear the mailing expenses as well as the loss risk of the shipping.
